Analyses and reflections on the use of ICT in Radio and TV Universities

China's Radio and TV universities have gone through various stages of development during their more than 20 years of operation, during which they have accumulateda large amount of rich practical experience inTL and MTR (Teaching & Learning, and Management, Technology and Research). With the advances in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), China's RTV universities have been able to take advantage of the technology to enhance their TL and MTR further.

In this paper, the authors present a case study of how Fujian Radio and TV University embraces the challenges and opportunities that have been created by ICT for the enhancement of TL and MTR.
